Our housekeeping services are designed to maintain a clean and hygienic workplace, ensuring a pleasant environment for your staff and visitors. We offer daily cleaning routines, specialized deep cleaning for carpets and upholstery, regular sanitation of high-touch areas, and efficient waste management to keep your facility spotless and well-organized.

  • Restroom cleaning and disinfecting. 
  • Trash gathering, collection, removal. 
  • Stair and elevator cleaning. 
  • Sweeping and mopping of the floors. 
  • Entrance, reception area and foyer cleaning. 
  • Wipe and disinfect door knobs, telephones and light & switches. 
  • Floor dusting, wet mop and machine scrubbing if applicable. 
  • Sanitizing all lavatory fixtures, sinks, partitions, walls, etc. 
  • Vacuuming & cleaning of light fixtures, baseboards, etc. if applicable.
  • Cleaning of common areas & corridors with appropriate disinfectant solution.
  • Reporting any maintenance required in an area (HK Sup. Will monitor the same). 
  • Window frames, panes, tracks and ledges will be kept clear and free of dust, grit, marks and spots. 
  • Air vents, relief grills and other ventilation outlets are kept unblocked and clean. 
  • The floor will be kept free of spots on traffic lanes, around furniture and at pivot points. 
  • Inaccessible areas (edges, corners and around furniture) will be kept free of dust and dirt also the same will be monitor weekly once in our deep cleaning schedule. 
  • Appropriate signage will be posted towards ensuring pedestrian safety on cleaned surfaces. 
  • Timely replenishment of toiletries and consumables in the appropriate hygiene areas. 
  • The cleaning of staircase, lobby area, parking area and other common area will be done only once. 
  • Cob web cleaning man height will be done. 
  • Schedule and time chart of activity will be recorded.

Other Responsibilities Housekeeping Services:-

  • Regular maintenance of high traffic areas such as public areas, corridors and toilets at increased frequency based on usage patterns. 
  • Ensure optimal use of cleaning materials with due attention to the usage environment. 
  • Duly report left personal belongings, lost items and co-ordinate with the security / Admin department. 
  • Adherence to the cleaning standards through implementation of periodic cleaning schedules based on usage timetables and availability of areas for cleaning. 
  • Co-ordinate with the security department to keep emergency escape paths free of obstructions. 
  • Cooperate with the client for hygiene related and other appropriate audits as and when required.
